Products will be produced on special orders and returns will not be accepted. The warranty period of our products is 2 years, and in case of on-site service requests during the warranty period, the travel and accommodation expenses of the technical personnel will be covered by the buyer company. Our company cannot be held responsible for errors that may occur during the installation phase and the Products are out of warranty. (High voltage, physical damage, etc.) All controls of the Products included in the pre-order offer; The product case color, light color temperature, product dimensions, mounting style and all conditions that will determine the use of the product belong to the buyer, and our company cannot be held responsible for the features not specified in the offer form. Before ordering, all product controls must be carried out by the buyer.

(High voltage, physical damage, etc.) Products that break down during the warranty period will be repaired at our İkitelli factory, and Products that cannot be repaired will be replaced one by one with a new one. The shipping and return of the defective products to our factory address belongs to the buyer.

Unlimited product variety can be created by using existing molds especially in the Linear product group. With this aspect, we can produce the dimensions of the product you will use in your projects, the color of the case, the light color, the pendant size and all the other features you want, in accordance with your design.

Depending on the variety and number of products to be used in the project, we recommend that you contact our sales team before ordering and get a clear date.

The products are factory delivered in İkitelli. For shipments delivered to the address, shipping, cargo or warehouse fee is the responsibility of the buyer. -All cargoes with recipient payment to be sent to us must be sent by YURTİÇİ cargo. Shipments sent by other cargo or warehouse companies will not be accepted.

The place of delivery of the manufactured products is our İkitelli factory address, and for all other shipments, warehouse, cargo or shipping costs belong to the buyer. In special conditions and agreements, this should be discussed with our sales team.

Products are packaged separately as inner and outer parcels for shipments outside of Istanbul. For sensitive products that we anticipate to be damaged during transportation, the shipment is carried out by providing protection with a wooden cage.

Our company does not work with the dealership system. Production is made in desired dimensions in accordance with the projects. Every customer who wishes in this respect can order by visiting our sales store, production facility in Istanbul or by communicating with our sales team.

To visit our production facility; For transportation with your private vehicle; İkitelli O.S.B İsteks Sanayi Sitesi B5 Blok No: 8 Basaksehir / Ikitelli For transportation from the Anatolian side; After using the Marmaray line and getting off at Yenikapı stop, you should transfer to Kirazlı metro. After getting off at the last stop in Kirazlı, you should get on the İkitteli metro and get off at the Başak Konutları stop, then use the Tümsan exit. For transportation from the European side; Metro line can be used. 143,78C, 146M and 79E IETT vehicles can be used.
